Thrifty Hound Return Policy

1. Our goal is to make sure that you are totally satisfied with every order you place with Thrifty Hound.

2. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you receive, you may return it for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
a. If the product arrived damaged, you may return it within 48 hours of receipt for a full refund. 
b. If the product is not what you ordered, you may return it within 48 hours for a full refund.
c. Products not wanted (in the original packaging and in salable condition) will be charged a 15% restocking fee.  Other costs of returning products not wanted, such as shipping charges, are the responsibility of the buyer.
d. Custom products and special order items may not be returned under any circumstances.

3. Please notify us as soon as possible if you are not satisfied with your order. We are eager to work with you and will do whatever we can to arrive at the best solution.

4. In order to improve our service to you we appreciate whatever information you can provide us regarding the reason for your return.
